To choose a floss, it’s worth considering 4 shapes:

▫️ Round ones are versatile and provide quality cleaning.

▫️ Flat ones are suitable for narrow interdental spaces.

▫️ Expanding flosses are suitable for situations where the spaces between the teeth are different and you need to adjust to each one individually.

▫️ Superflosses are for people with crowns, bridges, implants and braces.

‌Impregnations also play an important role:

▫️ Chlorhexidine kills bacteria.

▫️ Fluoride ions prevent tooth decay.

‌Careful hygiene reduces the likelihood of tooth decay and other diseases, so it should not be neglected!
